Your pricelist on the system which you are able to change, should include all taxes. There should be absolutely no hidden costs to the customer. The prices you have set in your dashboard for repairs, are the prices the customer has agreed to pay.

All repair orders can be managed from your personal CYR dashboard under the ‘Order’ tab. Here you can filter your orders by date, customers, devices, and repair status.

Register and sign up your repair store on Compare Your Repair Partners and get approved within 24 - 48 hours.

There are absolutely no costs of joining our platform.

All store details including opening hours, contact number, address and repair prices can be changed through your personal CYR dashboard under the ‘My Stores’ tab.

Compare your repair provides a number of different benefits to our repair store partners with the core being new repair orders thus increased revenue. We bring customers to you. Other benefits include but are not limited to; greater online presence and increased brand awareness, a tailor made dashboard, real time data tracking and analysis, access to an extensive range of suppliers offering exclusive discounts, and promotions and free point of sale materials. Our customers are presented with both your Google and Compare Your Repair reviews. Once a customer’s device has been repaired by yourself and the repair job has been completed, they are able to review the service through a follow up email. Alternatively, you can ask the customer to review you in store using your CYR repair store landing page. As a repair store you can manage all your customer reviews through your CYR dashboard.

You can add multiple repair stores in your personal dashboard under the ‘Manage Store’ tab. Simply add your repair store location, opening hours, and repair capability and you are ready to go.

Repair stores cannot edit or delete customer reviews. Compare Your Repair ensures all customer reviews are genuine and 100% authentic. If you believe there has been an error or would like to dispute it please contact our support team and they will investigate further.

Customers who request a repair quote in your area will be presented with your repair service quote.

As a Compare Your Repair partner you have access to an extensive range of suppliers at no extra cost. There are exclusive discounts and promotions available with each partner and these can be accessed through the ‘Preferred Partners’ tab on your CYR dashboard.

Repair prices, repair times and warranty periods can be amended through your CYR dashboard under the ‘Price’ tab. Here you can import or export your price list, change price tier options per manufacturer or device or edit each repair price individually. You are also able to change your warranty period from 6 Months to a Lifetime and amend your repair timings.
